She's worked with leaders from a wide range of industries to help them grow their business, in particular during times of rapid development. She is a trusted advisor who has helped translate corporate goals and strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on employee engagement and change management. She's passionate about learning and envisions the development of teams and leaders as the ultimate competitive advantage. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders, and coaching them to achieve proven results.
