Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally called Andra day is an American R&B artist and singer. Her awards include a Grammy Award as well as the Children's and Family Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award. She was also nominated to win an Academy Award. Andra isn't simply an old-fashioned R&B performer, but her gospel jazz roots and blues are displayed in a way that's effortless and sophisticated. Andra Day's debut Cheers to Autumn (2015) topped the R&B/hiphop charts. Her contributions towards Marshall (2017) have earned her a Grammy Award as well as an Academy Award. When she left the School of Performing and Creative Arts, andra Day began to concentrate on modern R&B and Pop, however she quickly discovered that her soulful jazz influences were what she was drawn to. A major break came when a performance of hers was spotted by Kai Millard Morris who subsequently offered some of Day's songs to her husband Stevie Wonder. The Motown legend in turn linked Day with music industry veteran Adrian Gurvitz. Day's YouTube fan base grew fast after she formed a team together with Gurvitz, Jeffrey Evans and Buskin. Day eventually got a major label contract in partnership with Warner Bros. This song was immediately picked up and played in radio stations by a variety of DJs. The singer then signed with Warner Bros. Records. Adrian Gurvitz was the producer of her debut album called Cheers to celebrate the fall. It featured the track Rise Up that became an iconic song of social justice campaigns all over the world. The album won at least two times for the Grammy Awards. It was also nominated for Best R&B Album. The album was came out with The United States Vs. Billie Holiday in 2019, a concept record about the life and work of the jazz icon Billie Holiday. The that same year, she appeared on screen in The United States Vs. Billie Holiday (2020), an autobiography of the career of Holiday. Andi Mattichak is an American actor. Her career began in television shows like Orange Is the New Black 666 Park Avenue and Blue Bloods. Her debut in film was when she appeared as Allyson in the horror series Halloween. Andi Matichak is an American actress born on March 3, 1994, in Framingham Massachusetts United States.
